BUILT GREEN® is an independent, voluntary certification program for eco-friendly home builders with four levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum). Points are awarded to each home based on products and construction methods. Every Jayman BUILT home is certified. In fact, we registered the first BUILT GREEN® home in 2004. This certification means that our homes receive exceptional EnerGuide ratings.
The majority of our homes are BUILT GREEN® Gold, with a total of 14,250 homes certified. This is more than any other builder that has participated in the Built Green Canada program!
