Line up your possession dates with Secure Sell. We will list your home at market value as soon as construction starts. This will improve your chances of your home selling quickly and matching the possession dates of your new and existing homes, meaning you only move once. With the Secure Sell™ Program, if your home does not sell as quickly as anticipated, the possession date of your new home can be extended. And for the first 30 days of extension, Jayman will absorb the interest carrying costs.
